Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive, reliable and responsible Customer Success Executive with presentation and account management experience to join our Business Development team.

What is the role and what are your responsibilities?

The role includes working with corporate clients to embed a wellness programme based on current trends and support the growth of health and wellbeing within the company. Within this role you will work within the business development team whilst communicating with the operations and product team to ensure client satisfaction and continual development. The role is heavily focussed on account management, upselling of product and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously upgrading the clients wellness experience and services
  • Supporting new clients around launch and roll out
  • Liaising with clients around queries and issues
  • Reporting on utilisation, engagement levels and uptake of services
  • Managing renewals & Retention of clients
  • Seeking new business
  • Working to set targets and KPI’s to convert as many leads as possible into sales and renewals

What experience and qualifications do I need?

  • Customer Relations experience essential
  • Health promotion experience
  • Experience with presentational work
  • Experience in a sales role advantageous
  • University degree in Business or related field advantageous
  • Experience in management reporting
  • Microsoft Office skills necessary
