We are looking for a proactive, reliable and responsible Inside Sales Executive with online and phone customer success experience to join our Business Development team.

What is the role and what are your responsibilities?

The role includes onboarding new clients within a SAAS based wellness company and managing customer satisfaction. Within this role you will work within the business development team, driving new business and ensuring customer satisfaction is continuously at the for front. The role is heavily focussed on onboarding new clients whilst ensuring customers gain supportive advice in the areas of corporate wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers
  • Providing on boarding demos of our SAAS product
  • Working to set targets and KPI’s to convert as many leads as possible into sales and renewals
  • Liaising with clients to deliver first class customer service and support our clients to ensure we are the number one wellness provider and maximise sales opportunities
  • Seeking new business
  • Seeking new markets
  • Sharing best practices with the team
  • Providing customer support
  • Proposal development and delivery

What experience and qualifications do I need?

Essential Skills

  • Customer Relations experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • University degree in Business or related field
  • The ability to work within strict guidelines and adhere to selling within a structured environment
  • Excellent sales skills and the ability to offer products and services that meet the customer needs
  • Target and bonus driven

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with SAAS based product
  • Experience in a sales role
  • Experience in Hubspot
